GSA is offering free meeting space for federal, state and local government activities on May 3 – 6, 2010.

Most government activities have requirements to hold periodic meetings for which attendees gather from different locations. If you are in the process of setting up such a meeting, why not gather in Orlando, Florida, during the GSA Expo? Hold your meeting, then visit the exhibits and take free CLP-certified training to enhance your stay.

• This is a great opportunity to gather your people while saving meeting-room rental expenses and maximizing your time by adding it to your Expo experience.
• The work is already done for you!
• Free meeting spaces for small and large groups.
• Blocks of hotels contracted at per diem or conference rate.

Meeting spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
