GSA has arranged special blocks of rooms with local hotels exclusively for GSA Expo attendees and exhibitors/non-exhibiting vendors. Please read all of the following information before making your reservation through the link below.

Government/Military Per Diem and Conference Rates:
In accordance with the Federal Travel Regulation 301-747.7 and 8, the General Services Administration has evoked the conference lodging allowance for the GSA Expo/training conference in Anaheim, CA. The conference lodging allowance is a pre-determined maximum allowance of up to 25% greater than the applicable locality lodging of the per diem rate (i.e. $118). That rate shall be allowable for all employees of any agency authorized to attend the conference. This includes all Federal agencies and Department of Defense civilian employees. Under this reimbursement method, employees will be reimbursed the actual amount incurred for lodging up to the conference lodging allowance.

The per diem rate for Anaheim, CA for 2008 is $118 for lodging and $64 for M&IE rate. The maximum lodging rate allowed under the conference regulations is $147.50.

We have some of the hotels listed for the Expo at the per diem rate of $118, but most are at the conference rate. In continuing on to make your reservations, be sure to check the rates under each hotel, and make your reservation early.

Shuttle Service to/from the Anaheim Convention Center:
GSA is providing you with a free shuttle bus service from all official hotels with the exception of the official hotels within walking distance for your convenience.

Cancellations:
