GSA is the Federal government’s preferred source for quality commercial products and services, and Expo is GSA’s primary customer outreach event. GSA will be hosting the 15th annual International Products and Services Expo June 9 – 11, 2009, in San Antonio, Texas.

Exhibit floor space is available to companies holding a current contract with GSA. Visitor information will be available at a later date.

There will be approximately 750 exhibit booths available to companies that hold current contracts with GSA. The online booth application is a request for booth space at the 2009 GSA Expo. Please allow up to 20 business days for processing applications. Spaces requested are not guaranteed.

** NEW ** This year, we will have one of the U.S. Army’s MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected) Armored Vehicles on display. This area of the exhibit floor is ideal for those companies displaying products/services that support the U.S. troops in the field. Look for this special section on the exhibit floor space map with the red and blue border!

** NEW ** You can now identify if your company will be displaying “Green Products” during the 2009 GSA Expo. You only need to self-certify that any products you plan to display qualify under the guidelines as outlined in Executive Order 13423. For your convenience, the Green Purchasing Programs outlined in Executive Order 13423 have been categorized below and a web link has been provided for each category if you need additional information.

Applications are only accepted through the booth application link that will become active at
1 p.m. EDT on September 15, 2008. Once you access the application web page, you will be asked to create an account and password. Please carefully read and follow all instructions during the application process. NOTE: If you access this web page before 1 p.m. EDT on September 15, 2008, you must click the Refresh Button on your web browser before clicking the Booth Application Button in order to bring up the application web page.

You will need to have the following information available to correctly submit your booth application.

  • GSA Multiple Award Contract Schedule Number(s) and Expiration Date
  • Business Name as listed in GSA eLibrary
  • Business Address as listed in GSA eLibrary
  • Applicant Contact Information
  • Business Classification (example: Small Business; Women-Owned)
  • Special Purchasing Programs  (example: Cooperative Purchasing; Disaster Recovery)
  • Main category of products/services offering from this list
  • Green Purchasing Programs that any displayed products qualify under  (e.g., Bio-Based; Energy Efficient; Recycled-Content Products)
  • If you plan to pay by credit card – credit card number and billing address for payment (payment will not be processed until booths are assigned)
