GSA is the Federal government’s preferred source for quality commercial products and services, and the GSA Training Conference and Expo is GSA’s primary customer outreach event. GSA will be hosting the 16th annual GSA Training Conference and Expo on May 4–6, 2010, in Orlando, Florida.
Exhibit floor space is available to companies holding a current contract with GSA. Visitor information will be available at a later date.
There will be over 900 exhibit booths available to companies that hold current contracts with GSA. The online booth application is a request for booth space at the 2010 GSA Training Conference and Expo. Please allow up to 30 business days for processing applications. Spaces requested are not guaranteed.
This year we are seeking to have an equipment display, similar to the MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected) Armored Vehicle we had last year in San Antonio.
Once again, you can identify that your company will be displaying “Green Products” during the GSA Training Conference and Expo 2010. You only need to self-certify that any product(s) you plan to display qualify under the respective guidelines as outlined in Executive Order 13423. The many Green Purchasing Programs outlined in Executive Order 13423 have been categorized and a web link has been provided for each category if you need additional information.

Once you access the application web page, you will be asked to create an account and password. Please carefully read and follow all instructions during the application process.
You will need to have the following information available to correctly submit your booth application.
If you plan to pay by credit card — credit card number and billing address for payment (payment will not be processed until booths are assigned)
