Native Nations Gathering

Native Nations Gathering
Tuesday, May 15, 2012
10:30 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.

GSA offers a wide range of services to federally recognized Native American tribes. This annual gathering focuses on access to those services. Often the only thing standing between authorized users and program access is a simple application process or a basic understanding of how to get started.

Attendees at the Native Nations Gathering will learn:

  • which GSA programs are accessible by whom and under what authority
  • which programs require application and how to apply
  • where to find information and program tools online
  • steps to follow for finding Native American owned businesses with GSA contracts
  • who to contact if you need help along the way

Who Should Attend
Tribal and Native Nations attendees who manage or represent these programs will benefit most from attending the Native Nations Gathering:

  • P.L. 93-638 Contract Schools, Hospitals/Clinics, Tribal Programs
  • Grant Schools
  • Self-Governance Tribes
  • Indian Housing Block Grant Recipients
  • Tribal housing departments and Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs)
